"I work with women as they take small, impactful steps over time to see themself as a
multi-dimensional, powerful being, connected to intuition and body wisdom.
Our work together is rooted in natural cycles, phases and seasons—hormone cycles (menstrual, pregnancy & postpartum, peri- & post-menopause), varying life circumstances, life stages, moon cycles, and seasons in nature.
How can we as women be grounded in rituals and our bodies, so we can dynamically adjust to life as it moves and changes—while never losing sight of our desires and how we want to feel?
Shifting any aspect of your life requires support + community. We’re in it together.”
Happy Clients
"I’m so grateful for you Whitney! Thank you for bringing the whole being into the work you do. It’s not 'just a workout,' it’s full spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health you foster!"
Ryann, 36
“It’s time to connect with MY body again. Loving Whitney’s approach already. No wasted time, or energy. Intentionally channeling all my 'wild woman' and serving her well!”
Renee, 39
“Excited to be part of a growing community of high-vibe ladies, who are aware and desire to learn more about their bodies. Learning with Whitney Mack’s guidance is a gift! Yay!”
Krista, 42

Find Your Flow
"Understanding how your body works shifts the mindset from ‘something is wrong with me’ to feeling validated. It means disconnecting from the toxic patriarchal paradigm that affirms you must be “fixed” and reconnects you to the truth of the amazing female self.
When you’re connected to the body, you’re able to give more grace, nourishment and flexibility. I help you know the vast impact of the little things you’re doing. I want to lift you up for this! Progress isn’t losing 10 pounds, but can be making breakfast in the morning.
We’re so hard on ourselves as women. We can validate what is, and why it is. Uplifting the explanation of how female hormones work & influence, seeing how society is set-up in opposition to your thriving, and recognizing all the things you do and hold space for. That’s different from the superwoman complex of ‘you can do it all’ while dying on the inside and being depleted fully.
You get to accept and nourish who you are, connect to your desires and let it flow from there. Small shifts, no big overhauls. You start feeling better, more energy flows. Rituals and practices add in ease.”

![::: ::: Two things keeping you stuck when trying to change your body composition:
1. Focusing on weight loss instead of asking: why am I gaining?
Common root causes for women:
• Blood sugar swings
• Eating out too much
• Doing workouts that aren’t hormone-informed
• Stress + unresolved trauma
• Poor sleep
• Low protein
• Micronutrient gaps
• Hormone imbalances
• Clogged detox pathways
• Gut health issues
• Under-eating = low energy availability
2. Following “health” tactics that backfire:
🙅🏻♀️ Skipping breakfast or post-workout fuel
🙅🏻♀️ Fasting/skipping meals
🙅🏻♀️ Over-training
🙅🏻♀️ Living on shakes, juices + salads
🙅🏻♀️ Exercising on <7 hours of sleep
🙅🏻♀️ Over-scheduling yourself
Some of these might sound healthy—but they aren’t rooted in female physiology.
Instead? Focus on the root causes above and stop chasing quick-fix tactics.

Which one of the “health tactics that backfire” surprised you most? 👇🏻
For me, one of the biggest was fasted workouts (not eating before or after).](https://scontent-sea1-1.cdninstagram.com/v/t51.75761-15/489865086_18500410390004904_6065314218727393050_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_e35_tt6&_nc_cat=104&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=18de74&efg=eyJlZmdfdGFnIjoiQ0xJUFMuYmVzdF9pbWFnZV91cmxnZW4uQzMifQ%3D%3D&_nc_ohc=yF-90ntFDDYQ7kNvwFBBUrq&_nc_oc=AdnMQOiqzVQTRfGuLR2rk0NFNH63fl-ocT81MgG5FCCoPXZRy99w4ghhPbdgqDtjTaM&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent-sea1-1.cdninstagram.com&edm=ANo9K5cEAAAA&_nc_gid=ZojVWXVKZaYECCNxppb8wQ&oh=00_AffnxmGtbtYPASLV1vkWl1S9AtBVKn_ZYSP0pOrrHpIAGw&oe=68F6F49D)

![::: It’s not what you think.
And it’s not glamorous.
But it’s so foundational, and most of the time, missed. I know it was for me.
I wasn’t even “struggling”, per se.
I felt…good.
I have over a decade under my belt of eating whole, nutrient-dense food.
Moving my body in ways that feel good + deliver “results”.
Syncing a lot of my life, work and mothering with my cycle.
I thought I had the basics covered.
But then, three years ago, I put on a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). Not because something felt off — but because I was curious.
And what I saw actually shocked me.
Spikes. Crashes. Dips overnight.
Blood sugar dysregulation I didn’t even know I felt — because I was so used to “good enough.”
One big thing I’ve learned: it’s even less about what you eat, and more important *how* you’re eating.
But when I started eating to balance blood sugar — not just to be healthy — everything sharpened:
✨ My energy
✨ My sleep
✨ My mood
✨ My capacity to show up for myself, loved ones + work
✨ My ability to feel steady and alive in my body
Blood sugar is the most foundational thing I never knew I was missing.
And now it’s the first thing I teach to my coaching clients.
Because it’s one thing that can change everything.
🎯 I’m teaching an online workshop called “Revitalize Your Energy” on next Wed, April 9 to show you how to do this, too (replay sent after session).
No restriction.
No dieting.
Just simple, sustainable actions that work with your female body’s physiology to optimize your energy, so that you can show up fully in this one, beautiful life—unrestricted by mood swings, fatigue, cravings, “unexplained” weight gain or symptoms that disrupt your life.
