You're In For Sunday's Live Zoom Workout Class!
I'm so pumped you're joining!
This is an all levels strength-focused workout class, where we'll explore the feelings of pleasure, delight + freedom in our bodies, using weights, anaerobic cardio, dancing, a little hip shaking and self-myofascial release. It'll be unlike any workout you've done before, and will leave you feeling connected, open + alive!

What You'll Need
Equipment To Have On Hand:
No matter your macro or micro hormone life season, you'll need: a candle, mini band (medium tension), a pillow, and a yoga tune up or tennis ball.
If you're in the Inner Spring or Summer of your menstrual cycle, Perimenopause or Postmenopause: have a set of light, moderate and heavier DBs. One medium set is always okay, but grab a couple cans (like beans, coconut milk, etc.) as a stand in for lighter weights.
If you're in the Inner Fall of your menstrual cycle, feeling lower energy or even in a season of higher stress in life: grab a set of medium and light DBs.
